About the Owner: P. Deighan, entrepreneur and certified chef has been involved in the Restaurant / Food Industry since 1978. Rewarded in 1984 with a Baccalaureate in Business, Marketing & Finances, Graduated from the notorious Culinary College LETPHT of Strasbourg in France, Pascale has been rewarded in 1986 with a Master of Arts in Food Management. In 2001, received a Teaching Certificate in Culinary Arts from the Florida IRCC then began her own business COOKING FOR YOU! Her extensive background in foodservice operations & management development gives her a unique insight into all facets of restaurant operations as well as general food business development.
